The new updates to public broadcasters, available on 08/18, bring new forms of access and issuance through the MEI and allow other service providers not classified as MEI to carry out broadcasts, as long as the municipality has an active agreement.
It is important to remember that, according to the Resolution of the Simples Nacional Management Committee (CGSN) No. 169/22, from September 1, 2023, all Individual Microentrepreneurs providing services will be required to issue service invoices on the national standard in the provision of services to legal entities
The first new feature is the permission for MEI to log in via integration with the GOV.BR platform. This functionality, available in both versions of issuers, allows the legal guardian of a CNPJ MEI that has the GOV.BR Silver or Gold seals to issue their NFS-e without the need to create a password by filling out a form. In this way, all MEIs now have another access option to use public NFS-e issuers.
Additionally, in the Web issuer, the possibility of simplified issuance of the NFS-e by the MEI was created. This new option facilitates the issuance procedure, which can be done via a form to be filled out with just three pieces of information, similar to the form in the Mobile version.
Still in relation to the Web broadcaster, the evolution of the system stands out so that other sizes of service providers, not classified as MEI, can also carry out their broadcasts, as long as the municipality of establishment has an active agreement on the platform.
In relation to the Mobile issuer, new functionality was also developed to allow the generation of the NFS-e Auxiliary Document (DANFSE) in PDF format, with the possibility of sharing the document.
