Did you know that the collective convention or collective agreement is provided for in article 661 of the CLT of the Federal Constitution, it is the guide for your company, and must be followed according to the union framework, which must be carried out after the company opens.

The collective agreement will set out the base salary for the category and even for the positions, percentage of overtime and nighttime bonus, meal and food voucher values, in addition to other rules and instructions that must be followed.

As the collective agreement is provided for in legislation, from the moment of its existence it has the same weight as the laws contained in the CLT and even the power to change it, if it proves to be more advantageous for the employee.
